Who We Accept Referrals For

  • Mental health conditions affecting daily function or work capacity

  • ADHD, autism, or executive functioning challenges (ages 14+)

  • Chronic illness or fatigue impacting meaningful occupation

  • Difficulty returning to work after illness or injury

  • Retirement transition, loss of structure or purpose

  • Early-stage cognitive or functional changes in older adults living independently

  • Caregiver burnout or system navigation support

  • Home safety or ergonomic assessment

    • What we do not offer
    Third Space OT does not currently offer Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs), neuropsychological or formal psychological assessment, driving assessments, or pediatric OT for children under 14. We are happy to assist with referrals to appropriate providers for these services.

    How To
    Refer

    Complete the referral form HERE or simply send us an email at thirdspaceot@gmail.com. No formal referral letter required, a brief clinical note or email is sufficient. We respond within 48 hours with a status update. The client is contacted directly to book their intake.

    Third Space OT partners with employers and HR teams to support employees navigating mental health challenges, neurodivergence, and return to work.
